الملخص

يهدف البحث إلى تحليل علاقة التأثير بين التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي على تحسين القرارات الاستثمارية ، إذ يتم التركيز على
مساعدة العاملين في مجال رسم الخطط المالية الاستراتيجية من اجل اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية أكثر عقلانية، والتعامل مع متغيرات
السوق، وتقليل التحيز النفسي. تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من العاملين في المجال المالي والاستثماري للشركات العاملة في
كربلاء المقدسة خلال عام 2025 ، إذ صممت استبانة وجرى توزيعها على عينة من ثلاث شركات مالية، وبنوك تجارية، ووكالات
استثمارية، وبعض الأكاديميين المتخصصين بواقع ) 82 ( استبانة. لقياس التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي كمتغير مستقل، وقرارات

The research aims to analyze the impact relationship between strategic financial planning on
improving investment decisions, focusing on helping those working in the field of drawing up
strategic financial plans to make more rational investment decisions, deal with market variables,
and reduce psychological bias. The study was applied to a sample of financial and investment
workers in companies operating in Karbala during the year 2025. A questionnaire was designed and
distributed to a sample of three financial companies, commercial banks, investment agencies, and
some specialized academics, totaling (82) questionnaires. To measure strategic financial planning
as an independent variable, investment decisions as a dependent variable, and to test hypotheses,
the statistical program (SPSS v27) was used. The research results concluded that the strategic
financial planning function contributes to developing the company's flexibility and the unstable
market situation, and that reforming the financial system is of paramount importance for the success
of any financial company away from potential risks.
